Founded by husband-and-wife team Sean and Christina Dennis, Hearthwood is the natural evolution of a business that’s been serving Parkland County and surrounding communities since 2009. As the founder of The Greenovator Corp, Sean has spent the last decade and a half building a reputation for reliable, high-quality renovations—specializing in everything from custom kitchens to whole-home transformations.

Now, we’re combining forces.

With Sean continuing as our lead general contractor and Christina stepping in as our in-house designer, Hearthwood Design + Build offers a fully integrated renovation experience from concept to completion. Christina brings years of experience in interior styling and design, and together, we’re passionate about creating homes that are not only beautiful, but built for real life.
