How it all works

The Process

Starter Consultation

This is a complimentary 30-minute meeting via phone, video, or on-site (depending on project type and location). We’ll walk through your space (virtually or in person), discuss your goals and budget, and answer your initial questions.

Design & Planning Package

This step gives you the clarity, direction, and confidence to move forward with your bathroom renovation. It includes an in-home walkthrough, design mood board,
Initial layout sketch, and more.

Bathroom Build Contract

Once your design is finalized and your quote is approved, we’ll present a full renovation contract with a confirmed scope, budget, timeline, and payment schedule. You’ll pay a deposit to secure your build date.

Construction Phase

We manage all trades and timelines while keeping you updated through weekly check-ins and milestone reviews. Christina may drop in for styling decisions, and Sean oversees the build day to day to ensure quality and craftsmanship.

Most of our bathroom renovations fall between $15,000–$25,000, depending on the size of the space, the materials chosen, and whether plumbing layouts are being changed. After your free starter consultation, we’ll give you a ballpark estimate, and our Design + Planning Package includes a detailed quote and design plan.

Design is part of what we do! Our integrated approach means our in-house designer works closely with you to choose layouts, tiles, vanities, fixtures, and finishes that reflect your taste and fit your budget.

On average, a full bathroom renovation takes 3 to 6 weeks once construction begins. The design and planning phase usually takes an additional 2–3 weeks before that, ensuring everything is ready to go once we start.
